Centinela Hospital Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Pharmacist to join its clinical team in a Per Diem role. You will coordinate daily pharmacy operations to deliver high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care across medical, surgical, and critical care units.
Applicants must hold a current state Pharmacist license, a B.S. in Pharmacy (or PharmD), and certifications such as BLS/ACLS; APhA Immunization certification is preferred.

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Centinela Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $72.00 to $72.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
