Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient care in our Indianapolis area locations. You will fill prescriptions, educate patients, and supervise pharmacy technicians while ensuring adherence to policies and laws.

You will lead a team, expand clinical services such as immunizations, and maintain strong relationships with patients and staff to support Meijer's commitment to safe, accessible healthcare.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana) Retail/Community Practice.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy system, policies and procedures, and regulatory understanding for the unit's state.

Responsabilidades

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results and help grow the pharmacy business.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform at their highest level.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state and federal laws.
• Communicate effectively and act as an agent of change.
• Prioritize workload with strong organizational skills.
• Listen to patients and resolve needs; provide excellent customer service.
• In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations.
• Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations.

This position must practice the profession of pharmacy in an environment that by philosophy and policy, promote patient care and education. This person must be patient directed, clinically oriented, and have a vision to take Meijer Pharmacy to the next level of patient care.

• In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, will be responsible for the pharmacy operations.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):
