Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Fort Worth, TX. The Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medications, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties include patient consultations, medication therapy management, compounding medications, and collaborating with healthcare providers. The Pharmacist will also be responsible for monitoring patient outcomes and providing education on medication use and disease management.
