Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to verify and fill medication orders, monitor patient therapies, and provide drug information in an inpatient hospital setting.

The role requires BCLS, 1–2 years of inpatient hospital experience, and a valid state pharmacist license; call duties are expected as part of the schedule. Graduation from a School of Pharmacy is required, PharmD preferred, with supervision of support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Day Shift 0730 to 1800, 4 x 10s. Rotating days, including weekends.
• BCLS required.
• 1 to 2 years of inpatient hospital experience required.
• Call is required. Can be up to half of scheduled shifts.
• Graduate of school of pharmacy required; PharmD degree preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice required.
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill duties required at state level.
