Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a pharmacist for a retail setting. You will interpret prescriptions, evaluate drug interactions, and counsel physicians, patients, and customers.

You’ll supervise staff, delegate tasks to pharmacy technicians, and coordinate dispensing while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include sterile compounding, inventory management, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy and patient safety in a busy community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, drug interactions, and medication management.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with sterile compounding and regulatory standards.

Prepares specialized medications such as compounded, IV, and chemotherapeutic drugs using aseptic techniques. Assists in inventory management and suggests operational improvements. Collaborates with healthcare professionals on drug therapy and formulary issues, and assumes responsibility for pharmacy functions as directed.
