Job Title

Pharmacist – 100% Remote

Responsibilities

Utilize clinical skills to complete utilization management reviews (prior authorizations, coverage exceptions, quantity limits, and more). Perform reviews independently within a peer‑based team and other pharmacy professionals. Measurement is by monthly quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in retail, managed care, or clinical pharmacy
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
• Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state where the position is located

Work Environment

Fully remote work‑from‑home. Core business hours 7:30 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday. Full‑time schedule with overtime during peak times. Overtime may be required November–May. Weekend shifts rotate during peak season, otherwise every 6th weekend. Candidates should plan for one Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday in 2025. Up to 120 hours of unpaid time off per year; no time off during the first 10–16 weeks of training. Training is instructor‑led, video, worksheet, and practice case mix.
