HCA Healthcare's Medical City Decatur is seeking a Pharmacist to join our hospital team in Decatur, TX. This role involves processing and dispensing medications, IV orders, and providing routine clinical services and drug information.

You will supervise pharmacy technicians, participate in patient and staff education, and contribute to performance improvement activities. A Texas-licensed Pharmacist with hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Texas licensure.
• Current RPh licensure from Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Pharmacy, processes and dispenses medication/IV orders, provides routine clinical services and drug information, assists in performance improvement activities, supervises the activities of pharmacy technicians, participates in patient/staff education, and performs related duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• Pharmacist
• Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree, or Doctorate Degree
• Current RPh licensure from Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Current RPh licensure from Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
