Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
