Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a top-performing pharmaceutical salesperson to join our Biopharma-focused team in the United States. You will own a defined sales territory, build relationships with physicians and opinion leaders, and drive strategies to exceed plan objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales background highly preferred.
• Men's Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategies specific to the territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities (speakers' bureau programs, symposia).
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines and operate territory within established policies and standards.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.

What will you be doing?

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred
• Men's Health preferred
• Proven time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• A sense of resourcefulness and ability to overcome challenges/obstacles when working in a new territory
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period of time. Local and potential overnight travel is required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The base pay range for this position is $60K - $110K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
