Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging & Labeling Associate to support critical production activities in a regulated environment. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and quality in packaging and labeling operations.

The position requires experience in GMP manufacturing and secondary packaging, with familiarity in GDP and ERP data entry. Location is West Deptford, NJ, with standard Monday–Friday hours and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of secondary packaging and labeling experience.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred.

Pharmaceutical Packaging & Labeling Associate

Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
Location: West Deptford, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP environments, and secondary packaging operations? We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging & Labeling Associate to support critical production activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform secondary packaging and labeling operations in accordance with GMP, SOP, and quality standards
• Execute packaging runs including labeling, inspection, and verification activities with a high level of accuracy
• Apply various labeling formats, including single-panel, booklet, and flag labels
• Verify materials, documentation, and production records to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Complete ERP system transactions and maintain accurate production data
• Manage inventory, materials, and production schedules to support operational goals
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment
• Assist with warehouse activities and material handling as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Minimum 1 year of secondary packaging and labeling experience required
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred
• Experience working with pharmaceutical labeling processes and requirements
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production data entry
• Ability to work in controlled temperature environments, including 2–8&degree;C and -20&degree;C areas, while wearing required PPE
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow strict procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
