We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Operations Lead to drive the launch of new products, initiatives, and partnerships in the healthcare and e-commerce space. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic industries like pharmacy, telemedicine, or digital health.


What You'll Do
  • Product Launch & Development – Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of new pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with FDA and international regulatory requirements while aligning with market needs and company goals.
  • Regulatory Strategy & Compliance – Oversee FDA filings (NDA/ANDA/505(b)(2)), drug approvals outside the U.S., and ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.
  • CDMO & Vendor Management – Develop and manage relationships with CDMOs (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organizations) to support pharmaceutical product manufacturing and distribution.
  • Pharmaceutical Expansion & Operations – Lead the development and scaling of pharmacies and laboratories, including infrastructure, equipment selection, and operational setup.
  • Entrepreneurial Growth Initiatives – Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities in pharmaceutical product lines, licensing, and healthcare partnerships, leveraging a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Equipment & Processes – Ensure efficiency in product development, laboratory operations, and pharmacy build-outs by understanding key pharmaceutical processes and equipment needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to bring new products to market efficiently.
  • Risk & Issue Management – Identify regulatory, operational, and market risks early in the process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
  • MBA or e-commerce/tech industry experience is preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical background or healthcare education is required.
  • Business-minded, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in pharmaceutical start-ups or launching new initiatives.
  • Experience in FDA regulatory filings (NDA/ANDA/505(b)(2)) and drug approvals outside of the U.S.
  • Hands-on experience with CDMO relationship management.
  • Proven experience in building and expanding pharmacies or laboratories.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
