Accelera Staffing in South Englewood, CO seeks a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician to produce sterile medicines in a cleanroom environment, following cGMP and SOPs. You will operate formulation, filling, inspection and packaging equipment, maintain records, and support calibration and maintenance.

This temp-to-hire role offers day, evening, and night shifts with premiums for evening and night shifts, and a path to permanent employment with a comprehensive benefits package after transition.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience; healthcare/pharma background preferred.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, or cGMP standards.
• Demonstrate a sharp focus on detail to ensure quality.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Produce sterile pharmaceutical items in a controlled cleanroom.
• Operate formulation, filling, inspection and packaging machinery.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP standards.
• Maintain precise production activity records.
• Conduct product inspections to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Sanitize equipment and workspaces to maintain sterility.
• Apply aseptic gowning techniques to preserve sterility.
• Track and manage inventory of materials and final products.
• Assist with equipment calibration and general production maintenance.
