Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions in New London, CT is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician with strong mechanical aptitude to operate, troubleshoot, and support complex pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.

You will generate production documentation (batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets), set up equipment, process materials, report performance data, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining safety, PPE compliance, and quality

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Generate, support and execute manufacturing documentation (batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, QTS).
• Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products.
• Process intermediate materials into final products for patient-ready presentations.
• Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Support operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.
• Complete operator care tasks for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Generate, manage and report operational performance data.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.

• Complete operator care tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
• Valid Driver's license required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (i.e. daily uniform, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits) when necessary
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
