Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a manufacturing technician to generate and manage manufacturing documentation and support the transformation of raw materials into patient-ready products. You will set up equipment, work in a classified environment, and contribute to data-driven performance reporting.

Candidates should have 2+ years in regulated manufacturing (GMP/ISO) or a relevant scientific degree, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to operate with mechanical

Responsabilidades

• Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation (batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, QTS).
• Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products and final presentations.
• Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Support operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

Job Description

• Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation, including:
• Batch records
• Logbooks
• Labels
• Check sheets
• Protocols
• Change controls
• Quality tracking systems (QTS)
• Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products.
• Process intermediate materials into final patient-ready product presentations.
• Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.
• Support the operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.
• Complete operator care tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
  • Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
• OR; Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field
• Valid Driver's license required
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (i.e., daily uniform, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits) when necessary
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
