Job summary

Catalent in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator to join a 100% onsite team. You will operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, document quality checks, and help uphold cGMP standards in a fast-paced, team‑based environment.

This role emphasizes safety, precision, and learning through hands-on mentorship, with the schedule Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM and potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Lifts up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure product quality through visual inspection and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and cGMP-compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with a precision-focused, safety-driven team.
  • Learn and grow through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Role
  • Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
  • Ensure product quality through visual inspection and documentation

The Candidate
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma is required
  • Prior experience in machine or equipment operations and troubleshooting is highly preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge is highly preferred
  • Well organized with ability to multitask and to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines is highly desired
  • Individuals may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
