Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Groton, CT is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the production of patient-ready products. You will operate, troubleshoot, and document activities on regulated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (Bachelor's in a scientific field preferred) with 2+ years in GMP/ISO manufacturing, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, PPE use, and willingness to overtime as needed.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
• OR; Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field
• Valid Driver's license required
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (i.e., daily uniform, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits)
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation, including: Batch records
• Logbooks, Labels, Check sheets, Protocols, Change controls
• Quality tracking systems (QTS)
• Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products
• Process intermediate materials into final patient-ready product presentations
• Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure required documentation is completed accurately
• Support the operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment
• Complete operator care tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
