Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Operator to support documentation, batch records, and the conversion of raw materials into patient-ready products. You will operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment while maintaining strict GMP/ISO-compliant records.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical aptitude, ability to work within a classified environment, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives that impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
• OR; Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field
• Valid Driver's license required
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE when necessary
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation, including batch records and logbooks.
• Process materials into intermediate products and final patient-ready presentations.
• Set up manufacturing equipment with accurate documentation.

• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (i.e,. daily uniform, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits) when necessary
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
