We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Intelligence Consultant - REMOTE U.S. to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Intelligence Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for strategic digital advisory to our clients and subsequently taking ownership for the delivery and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

  1. Build and maintain professional relationship with senior client executives and expand professional network in client organizations
  2. Project / Program management of large and complex client engagements
  3. Adapt existing processes and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problems
  4. Assess the value of business and/or technology trends and identify opportunities for incorporating these into the client’s business and/or IT solutions
  5. Drive the operational processes and services in support of knowledge management objectives to continuously improve program services and increase value delivered to clients
  6. Working on projects that will leverage your expertise in life sciences and management consulting
  7. Assist in breaking down complex business problems, developing solutions and delivering with high degree of focus on client satisfaction
  8. With limited guidance, conduct market research, develop a point-of-view, and communicate effectively back to clients and stakeholders
  9. Bring innovative thinking, resourcefulness, and agility achieved by leveraging best practices and creativity to get things done
  10. Establish relationships with our clients at the appropriate levels, gain understanding of the project work and problems encountered

Required Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience working on a pharmaceutical manufacturing shopfloor with an understanding of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process
  2. Experience working on L2 automation systems or on L3 manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS, & ERP that support the batch process manufacturing of pharmaceuticals or biologics
  3. Experience deploying IT systems that need to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  4. 3+ years of prior working experience within the life science industry
  5. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
