Job summary

Quva is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Picking to ensure safe, accurate batch picking for pharmaceutical production. After training, you will perform ERP-driven pickings, transact inventory, and maintain stock accuracy to support manufacturing and quality standards.

The role is full-time, on-site at the Bloomsbury, NJ location with a standard Monday–Friday schedule. A drug/background check is required, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected. No visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• 18+ years of age.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
• 1–2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics or related.
• Competency assessment for Batch Picking.
• Completion of Material Handling Equipment training and understanding of inventory management and rotation.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Picks starting materials and supplies according to ERP picklist to support batch manufacturing.
• Transacts picked material using ERP system and verifies accuracy.
• Restocks shelves with inventory, rotates stock per FIFO.
• Handle damaged/expired inventory per policy and replace as needed.
• Unload incoming materials and load recyclables for transport.
• Receive and put away materials to support warehouse flow.
• Verify bill of lading and packing details.
