Job summary

Help Power Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory in the warehouse and coordinate shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical ingredients, adhering to GMP and safety standards.

The role requires forklift operation, SAP experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; associates or bachelor's in business/operations/logistics preferred; driving company truck is a plus, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or coursework in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business/operations/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slips.
• Recording, documenting, and tracking inventory via SAP.
• Material handling and sorting.
• Inspecting items upon receiving shipments.
• Forklift operation.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety Guidelines.
