Job summary

Hubot, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move raw materials, components, and finished goods across receiving, staging, and shipping areas. This role operates sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, supporting inventory control and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to successfully pass both written and driving tests.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the facility.
• Accurately utilize inventory management and barcode scanning systems to track material movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform duties within Receiving, Staging, General Warehouse, Line Supply, Shipping, Mezzanine, and Clean-Up areas as assigned.
• Unload incoming shipments and verify components by identifying, counting, and inspecting components upon receipt.
• Properly label, ticket, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Transport materials from warehouse storage or shuttle locations to production and staging areas.
• Supply production lines with the correct components and return unused components to inventory.
• Move palletized finished goods from production areas to shipping locations.
• Prepare, verify, and load customer shipments according to shipping documentation and company procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Assist with warehouse cleanup and other duties as assigned by management.
