Job summary

Hubot, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Forklift Operator to move raw materials, components, and finished goods safely across the facility.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, support Receiving, Staging, Shipping, and inventory control, and ensure accurate tracking with barcode systems. The role requires at least 2 years of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to GMP, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift experience.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• High school diploma or GED required; ability to pass tests.
• Must comply with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Accurate inventory tracking using barcode systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely per procedures.
• Load, unload, transport, and store materials across the facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with barcode scans.
• Support Receiving, Staging, Warehouse, Shipping, and Mezzanine areas.
• Verify components on receipt and label materials properly.
• Move finished goods to shipping locations and supply lines.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow GMP and safety policies.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
