Job summary

Actalent seeks a Validation Associate / Lab Tech to support equipment validation, environmental monitoring, and cleaning validation in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with chemistry, biology, QA, QC, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliant production processes.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication to drive continuous improvement and adherence to FDA and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant sciences.
• Validation experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance qualification tests to verify equipment performance and homogeneity.
• Perform environmental monitoring and temperature mapping studies.
• Execute validation studies to comply with cGMP and SOPs.
• Update SOPs to reflect current practices and regulatory expectations.
• Perform cleaning validation and verify proper equipment cleanliness.
