Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Validation Engineer to join its Regulatory Compliance Practice in the United States. You will develop and execute validation and FDA compliance documents, and work with teams to deliver high-quality validation for pharmaceutical equipment.

You will travel to top clients nationwide, assist in QMS procedures, investigations, and regulatory activities, and contribute to successful project delivery with strong communication and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all management levels.
• Minimum of 3 years project experience with validation of automation, packaging, utilities and/or facilities.
• Minimum of 3 years project experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments is a plus.
• Strong technical writing and oral communications.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation and FDA compliance documents/protocols for pharmaceutical equipment.
• Perform FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ documentation on automated systems in pharma.
• Assist in development and execution of QMS procedures and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with teams to perform investigations and troubleshoot validation issues.
• Prepare written validation reports and deliver quality results.
• Travel to client sites and contribute to project success with integrity.
