Job summary

BW Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, is seeking a Validation Engineer II to join our Regulatory Compliance Practice. You will work with industry experts to help leading manufacturers validate pharmaceutical equipment and support capital projects.

This role requires travel to client sites nationwide, strong technical writing and communication, and hands-on work with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and QMS protocols to ensure compliant manufacturing processes and reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years project experience with validation of automation, packaging, utilities and/or facilities.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments is a plus.
• Strong technical writing and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation and FDA compliance related documents/protocols for pharmaceutical equipment.
• Travel to top clients across the country to assist in the design of manufacturing processes, help manage projects, develop facilities.
• Collaborate with teams to perform investigations and troubleshoot issues related to validation.
