A leading utilities maintenance firm in North Carolina is seeking a Utilities Technician to supervise and operate critical utility systems. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or hospital environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years recent and relevant experience as a utility technician or team leader in pharmaceutical or hospital environments.
  • Proficient in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.

  • Supervise and maintain general and critical utilities equipment.
  • Coordinate, train, and develop utility technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA documentation requirements.

Skills

Proficient and functional speech and written fluency with English language
Knowledge and skill in maintenance of pharmaceutical utility equipment
Oversee operations of the utilities department
Develop maintenance procedures and schedules
Basic knowledge on Building management system operation
