• Own and oversee the Lilly Technology Center chilled water system ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Lead local projects to improve system performance and document commissioning and state control.
• Provide daily support with data analysis, KPI review, and cross‑functional communication.
• Monitor process parameters and train staff on operation and maintenance methods.
