Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a highly experienced Utilities & Facilities Engineer to support clean utilities, HVAC systems, and cleanroom infrastructure in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will collaborate with operations, QA, EHS, and Maintenance to ensure compliant, reliable site utilities and lead improvement projects.

The role requires 5–10 years of utilities/facilities experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and proven CAPA/change control leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–10 years in utilities/facilities in pharma
• Proven experience with clean utilities, HVAC, and GMP compliance
• Experience leading CAPA, change control, and compliance documentation
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and utility operators.
• Maintain and support clean utilities and plant utilities systems.
• Lead maintenance strategies and reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for GMP-compliant projects.
• Support deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
