Job summary

The Chelsea facility at Catalent serves as a global Center of Excellence for spray dry dispersion and DPI capsule packaging. The site operates 6:00pm to 6:00am in a 2/2/3 schedule and is 100% on-site, offering a GMP-driven environment with advanced equipment and multiple production lines.

The Pharmaceutical Technician I will execute routine GMP manufacturing operations under direct supervision, ensuring safe, compliant, and precise execution across assigned unit operations, with a focus on batch

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year GMP experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per SOP under direct supervision.
• Perform GMP manufacturing operations (spray drying, blending, encapsulation, packaging).
• Perform cleaning and sanitization (CIP, COP).
• Complete batch documentation in real time.
• Handle materials, staging, and transfers.
• Escalate deviations and safety concerns as needed.
