Job summary

Catalent’s Chelsea, MA site is a GMP facility dedicated to spray drying, capsule filling, and packaging. The Equipment Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance support for production and ancillary equipment, ensuring quality, compliant and timely service to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Shift: 2nd Shift, Saturday to Wednesday, 2:00pm–10:30pm; 100% onsite in Chelsea, MA. This role involves validating, calibrating, and maintaining GMP equipment and assisting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in GMP or pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of GMP equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, pneumatic, and control system issues on GMP equipment.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Execute equipment-related work orders in support of Operations.
• Manage and order equipment spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshoot problems during equipment set-up and change-over.
