Job summary

Catalent’s Greenville site in North Carolina is seeking a Pharmaceutical Tech II to operate with manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and accurate documentation. This 100% onsite role involves setup, changeover, troubleshooting, and adherence to FDA GMP guidelines.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am; hourly position. Candidates should have 3+ years in pharma oral solid dose manufacturing or an associate degree with 2+ years, and be able to obtain forklift certification and wear a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in oral solid dose manufacturing.
• Associate degree with 2+ years in oral solid dose manufacturing.
• Ability to train others and provide technical training with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble, disassemble, clean, and store manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and recommend corrective or preventative measures.
• Ensure batch records and logbook entries are accurately documented and compliant with SOPs and FDA GMP.
• Monitor operations for deviations, mechanical issues, and quality assurance.
• Conduct setup, changeover, and manufacturing activities with adherence to SOPs and safety.
• Escalate and resolve any production, quality, or safety issues.
