Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage inventory planning for Rx and SRx products to meet market demand. You will work closely with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to translate demand into supply plans and ensure continuous product availability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain and 3–6 years of pharmaceutical experience, with hands-on SAP-S4 Hana and Kinaxis, strong cross-functional collaboration, and sharp analytical skills. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field.
3–6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

Inventory planning for Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
Oversee movement from production to delivery to the end customer.
Track KPIs to monitor and report performance.
Optimize inventory holdings to limit excess stocks while fulfilling orders.
Collaborate with project management/marketing/procurement for timely launches.
Coordinate with External Manufacturing and quality teams for daily batch releases.
Perform inventory reconciliations and coordinate destruction/write-offs.
Ensure master data setups adhere to SOP and MRP requirements.
Collaborate with customer service and quality on returns to determine disposition.
