Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our Princeton, NJ office. The role focuses on inventory planning for Rx and SRx products and requires close collaboration with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to ensure product availability and alignment with market demands.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field and 3–6 years of pharmaceutical experience, plus expertise with SAP-S4 Hana and Kinaxis. A U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
3–6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background.
Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Inventory planning for Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
Oversee movement from production to delivery to customers.
Track KPIs to monitor and report performance.
Optimize inventory to limit excess stocks while fulfilling timely orders.
Collaborate with project management/marketing and procurement for new SKUs.
Coordinate with External Manufacturing and quality teams for daily batch releases.
Perform monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS and manage destruction/write-offs.
Ensure master data setups adhere to SOP and MRP requirements.
Collaborate with customer service and quality on returns to determine disposition.
