Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Project Manager to support startup readiness for a large-scale biologics manufacturing facility in Holly Springs, NC. This role targets early to mid-level PMs with cross-functional coordination experience in regulated environments.

The successful candidate will track action plans, manage deliverables, and facilitate issue resolution while ensuring alignment with startup timelines and regulatory inspection readiness goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience supporting projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food manufacturing, chemicals, or other regulated industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, action trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Holly Springs, NC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track readiness-related actions associated with deviations and CAPAs.
• Facilitate action planning meetings and maintain detailed action trackers.
• Monitor dependencies, milestones, and target completion dates.
• Escalate risks, delays, or barriers impacting timely closure.
• Support stakeholders through completion of assigned actions.
