Job summary

Balchem Corporation seeks a Spray Drying Operator for its pharmaceutical products manufacturing facility. You will operate and maintain spray drying equipment, monitor moisture, batch records, and ensure products meet quality specs.

Responsibilities include sampling, adjusting equipment settings, recording readings, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma and 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred; good reading and math

Qualifications

• Must have high school level reading, math and comprehension skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (pharmaceutical field desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the spray dryer and related equipment.
• Record equipment readings and product moisture, noting discrepancies.
• Sample finished product and test for moisture, color and consistency.
• Oversee cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas.
• Support production goals and adhere to safety and quality standards.
