Job summary

iA in the United States is seeking a Software Test Engineer to validate real‑world pharmacy automation scenarios through thorough manual testing. You’ll partner with engineers, product teams and domain experts to translate requirements into high‑impact test coverage for live workflows and patient outcomes.

You’ll design, execute and improve test approaches, document results, and help raise quality practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software support, software testing, or training experience.
• Pharma industry familiarity with pharmacy workflows is preferred.
• Experience writing technical documentation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test plans and assemble test data.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to understand requirements.
• Execute, document results, and identify deviations from requirements.
• Maintain and enhance test automation scripts and processes.
• Estimate task durations and participate in software release testing.
• Travel to customer sites for testing and maintenance up to 50%.
