Qualifications

• Requires college degree in engineering or sciences and 15+ years of operations management in pharma manufacturing (aseptic/injectable).
• Proven leadership to drive cross-functional teams and cost-efficient manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of FDA compliance and cGMPs, cGLPs, cGDPs, DSCSA.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the site leadership team and infrastructure.
• Provide overall site leadership to align with mission, values and culture.
• Oversee facility design, process development, regulatory reviews and inspections.
• Implement site operations strategy in line with company plans.
• Develop SOPs and business processes to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Establish performance goals and support staff development.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and safety are integral to site culture.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies (FDA, DEA, OSHA, EPA) as needed.
