Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a security observer to monitor activities at an assigned client site in East Hanover, NJ, ensuring safety of people and premises. The role involves standing for most of the workday and performing routine patrols and incident reporting.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM–4:15 PM, with starting pay of USD 19.00 per hour. Qualifications include 18+, HS diploma/GED, NJ SORA license, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• NJ SORA License required.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
