Base pay range

150,000.00 / yr - $225,000.00 / yr

A growing healthcare services organization is seeking a talented and driven Legal Counsel to support its pharmacy benefit management operations. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and contribute to a mission-driven business that delivers innovative pharmacy solutions across the United States.

The Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal advice on a range of matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in healthcare law, particularly in areas such as HIPAA, ERISA, and state / federal pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating complex agreements, advising internal stakeholders on compliance and business initiatives, monitoring pharmacy licensing requirements, and managing legal risk across departments. The role may also involve overseeing litigation, conducting internal investigations, and coordinating with external counsel when needed.

Requirements :

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • 3–5 years’ legal experience in healthcare law, ideally with exposure to pharmacy benefit management
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
