Cambrex is seeking a Reactor Operator to produce pharmaceutical products in our manufacturing facilities. You will operate batch and continuous reactors, monitor process controls, and maintain quality and safety standards.

The role includes training others, handling hazardous materials, and completing operation logs in a compliant, clean environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in manufacturing, and the ability to work nights or weekends as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Operate batch and continuous reactors and related equipment per procedures.
• Monitor controls, adjust process variables, and ensure product quality.
• Train new Reactor Operators and assist lab staff with processes.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and maintain logs and permits.
• Troubleshoot production line problems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform in-process sampling and laboratory tests for QC.
• Follow PPE requirements and shift schedules, including nights/weekends.
