Job summary

You will operate batch and continuous reactors and related equipment, monitor processes, adjust controls, and ensure compliance with EPA/FDA and cGMP regulations. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, good communication, and the ability to work night shifts or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude/knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate batch and continuous reactors, high pressure reactors, centrifuges, filters, and distillation equipment.
• Monitor equipment and adjust valves, vacuums, pumps and pressures per procedures.
• Maintain process variables and log results with computer-controlled systems.
• Train new Pharma Reactor Operators.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and PPE usage.
• Complete operation log books and assist in SOP updates.
