Job summary

Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA is seeking a Quality Complaint Specialist to join our global Manufacturing & Supply network. You will support the complaint management process, lead investigations, and ensure timely, compliant resolution of product issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data for trends, prepare reports, and assist with CAPA actions. A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in QA or related fields is required, with pharma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in QA, QA operations, or complaint management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong data analysis and CAPA skills; ability to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of the complaint management process.
• Oversee site complaint handling to ensure timely resolution of product complaints.
• Communicate with customers regarding status and resolution of complaints.
• Document and maintain records of complaint management activities.
• Assist investigations into product complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complaints.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support audits and inspections by providing required complaint information.
• Ensure process performance with other entities/sites involved in site-level complaints.
