Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Quality Tech II to analyze process samples and perform non-routine analyses in a pharmaceutical laboratory in Raleigh, NC. The role involves rotating 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am or 7am-7pm) and requires strong attention to detail.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of lab experience, an AS/BS in life sciences, and familiarity with cGMP. Color vision testing is part of the requirements, and training on 5S workplace practices is provided.

Qualifications

• AS or BS in life sciences preferred; experience may substitute.
• 1–3 years lab experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• cGMP knowledge is a plus.
• Must have color vision (Ishihara test) and be able to differentiate colors.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process testing for internal customers.
• Test finished goods, returned goods, and stability testing for external customers.
• Prepare standards and reagents for analytical methods.
• Maintain accurate records in the lab system.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on lab instruments.
