Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 2 years’ work experience in pharmaceutical sampling.
• Associates degree or higher in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or related fields.
• Proficient English, strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample withdrawal for incoming materials and log distribution.
• Update SAP/ILMS data and complete documentation.
• Monitor and record temperature/humidity for retention/storage rooms.
• Ensure sampling complies with cGMP, data integrity, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and dispatch samples to labs per procedures.
