Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of QC laboratory experience in regulated pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA requirements, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QC lab operations and staff development.
• Oversee QC systems, SOPs, analytical methods, and testing schedules.
• Support audits and collaborate cross-functionally to drive quality.
• Perform data review and approval of analytical results.
• Manage investigations, CAPA, deviations, and OOS/OOT events.
