Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance professionals to join as Subject Matter Experts evaluating AI-generated pharmaceutical and biotechnology content. This is a freelance, project-based role focused on quality systems, GMP compliance, investigations, and regulatory reasoning.

You will identify errors, assess regulatory expectations, and provide clear, technically accurate feedback to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical QA experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• Experience with GMP-regulated environments.
• Understanding of QMS, CAPA, deviations, and change control systems.
• Strong analytical and technical review skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed review instructions.
• Comfortable working within a task-based freelance engagement model.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated pharmaceutical content for accuracy, completeness, consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Review scientific and regulatory information related to quality systems, manufacturing, validation, submissions, development and compliance activities.
• Analyze technical reasoning to ensure conclusions are supported by scientific principles and regulatory expectations.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing context and flawed reasoning in AI outputs.
• Validate information referencing FDA requirements, GMP regulations, ICH guidelines and industry practices.
• Provide expert feedback with clear findings and recommended corrections.
• Support AI quality improvement using evaluation criteria and quality standards.
• Complete independent evaluations on designated online platforms within project timelines.
