Job summary

FTS Technical Services is seeking a CSA QA/QC Inspector to join a major pharmaceutical campus expansion in Lebanon, Indiana. This role performs daily inspections of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CSA inspection experience in regulated environments and will maintain detailed quality documentation, coordinate with multiple teams, and support a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CSA Quality Inspection experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience inspecting concrete, structural steel, foundations, architectural systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings, structural/architectural drawings, specs, QA/QC procedures.
• Documentation of inspections and quality records; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities.
• Verify installations meet drawings, ITPs, and project quality standards.
• Inspect concrete placement, reinforcement, and architectural finishes.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Witness inspections and testing; identify and resolve deficiencies with contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and project controls teams.
