Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• BS (science-based field preferred).
• Quality Assurance experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial complaint intake including acknowledgement of initial complaint receipt and opening the initial complaint record.
• Perform assigned complaint investigations.
• Perform initial complaint sample intake including logging samples, completing associated sample logs, and tracking sample retention.
• Assist with other tasks in support of complaint investigations including reviewing traceability documents, working with QC Labs regarding complaint sample testing, document creation and review, and completion and review of logbook entries.
