Job summary

Rangam is seeking an Associate Project Planner in Lake County with hybrid on-site schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The role supports Asset Development Teams by creating project plans, tracking action items, and ensuring data quality for decision making in drug development projects.

We value experience in Planisware and MS Project, a solid understanding of critical path methods, and strong communication skills to navigate a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required with 4+ years in project management or pharma/biotech.
• Accreditation in PM or process improvement preferred.
• Strong self-direction, teamwork, multitasking, and communication.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Qlikview or Spotfire.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced PM support on late-stage drug development projects.
• Track actions, organize materials, and share meeting minutes.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and support resource estimates.
• Develop and optimize department processes; train staff.
