Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Client Project Coordinator to support the Client Project Management team. You will help maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, track milestones, and ensure clear communication between internal teams and external clients.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of project coordination, project administration, customer service, or operations support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of customer projects.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
